Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices all over the country. We partner with businesses as well as jobseekers to place individuals into positions efficiently. Currently, we are reviewing resumes for Electrical Controls Designer in Providence, RI.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates and purchase requisitions.
- Create schematic wiring diagrams, control panel layouts, and material bills necessary for manufacturing.
- Maintain and update documentation throughout the construction process.
- Communicate with vendors and customers.
- Occasionally travel to visit vendors and customers.
- Distribute drawings and maintain the drawing information database.
- Willing to be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience performing electrical controls design in a manufacturing environment.
- Must have computer, AutoCAD, and file management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in written form.
- Must be creative, organized, thorough, and detail oriented.
- Must pass 10-Panel drug screen.
